Property Maintenance Technician The HRA of Clay County seeks Full-Time employee to perform general building and grounds maintenance activities on its rental units in Clay County. Position duties and responsibilities include preparing units for occupancy at turnover; light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and locksmith activities; as well as year-round building and grounds maintenance. Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule for weekend and evening emergencies. Ideal candidate will have general and preventive maintenance experience; good communication skills; familiarity with hand and power tools; and the ability to work well with diverse populations. Requires minimum of 2 years related experience; high school diploma; ability to pass criminal background check; and valid drivers license. Wage range: $19.11-$20.71 per hour with excellent benefits package includes 100% employer paid single health, dental and long-term disability insurance. Normal hours are 8-4:30, M-F.
