The maintenance technician is a critical member of our team who many times can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied. The person in this role will enjoy and have a sense of personal fulfillment knowing that they are helping to create exceptional home experiences for our residents You will be performing maintenance requests to assigned apartment units providing exceptional customer service. Hard-working, reliable, and dependable are qualities we are looking for. High School or equivalent education with general maintenance experience required Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. A gas allowance will be provided. Normal work hours will be Monday thru Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 and scheduled to work on-call rotation basis once every 6 weeks. Competiive hourly pay based on experience, overtime is available.
