PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE FARGO-MOORHEAD METRO BIKEWAYS GAP ANALYSIS Project Description The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG), in conjunction with local jurisdictions and consulting team, is conducting a study to analyze the feasibility of developing 16 new bikeways in the Fargo- Moorhead area. This project will develop alternatives and priorities for closing the 16 gaps based on local needs, feasibility, and public input. Open House Description Project staff will present preliminary design alternatives and background information for each of the 16 bikeway gaps. Community members can speak to project staff and provide feedback on the preliminary design concepts.
