John Stober serves central North Dakota for Pifer’s as a farm land real estate agent and equipment auction associate. John offices in Pifer’s Bismarck-Goodrich office. John has an extensive background in agriculture and business. He is co-operator of Stober Farms a small grain and livestock farm in central North Dakota and is co-founder of Flax USA, Inc. a family owned North Dakota business that created a national brand in the health food club store market, providing products and services coast to coast and worldwide. John also has 20 years’ experience in the multiline and crop insurance business and the North Dakota Farm Credit Counseling Program.
John enjoys aviation, travel, hunting, biking and motorcycling.
Alan Butts is Pifers Broker Associate and Auction Coordinator for Central ND in their Bismarck office. Alan has an extensive background in farming, finance, cattle and irrigation having owned and operated a 5,000 acre irrigated farm and a 10,000 head feedlot near Carrington, ND. Butts has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University. Alan is member of the Bismarck Far West Rotary, Bismarck-Mandan Elks, and a director of the North Dakota Irrigation Coalition.
