Tell Lawmakers: Pass the North Dakota CARE Act Right now, the North Dakota legislature has the opportunity to pass the no-cost commonsense CARE Act to support the more than 62,100 family caregivers in our state. These family caregivers tend to their older moms, dads, spouses and other loved ones so they can live independently in their homes and communities-instead of costly, taxpayer-funded institutions.
