This position is the first step in the training and knowledge you will need to be promoted to loader, operator, supervisor, and other career opportunities at ADM Enderlin. This position requires working a rotating 12-hour shift including days and nights. The schedule consists of 4 days on and 4 days off with some weekends and holiday work required. A limited amount of overtime work is mandatory and additional overtime can be expected but not guaranteed ADM requires a successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen/physical and background check. Relocation assistance is not available. Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to: movement and operation of railcars, forklift, skid-steer and front end loaders, assisting with grain and meal handling, general housekeeping duties, general maintenance as needed and the ability to begin to learn the automation and product processes for advancement opportunities.
