Resort Property Manager Clitherall, MN Legacy Lakeside Resort is searching for a dynamic couple to oversee and manage the beautiful and serene resort on Spritzer Lake in Clitherall, MN. The property spans across 30 acres with 30 cabins, 3 homes, and a gorgeous lodge for events. This is a unique opportunity for the right couple, to not only manage the resort, but to live there as well in provided housing. The ideal couple will be trustworthy, hard working, self sufficient, friendly, and enjoy working collaboratively with the team. This position requires someone who is able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Property management experience would be helpful, but not required for this position. Job Responsibilities: Maintain property grounds; landscaping, maintenance, minor construction/repairs, snow removal/shoveling, and lawn care Customer service; guest check in/out, water sports rentals, manage resort bookings Cleaning and room turnover following local health guidelines Inventory management · Event planning and organization; weddings, resort themed weekends chainsaw, hand tools, etc. · Ability to perform outdoor physical tasks in all weather conditions Welcoming and friendly, positive attitude, and able to develop relationships with returning guests · High level of organization and attention to detail Competence with office management software, computer skills · Able to obtain basic first aid and CPR certification upon hiring Skills Needed: · Basic handy-man, carpentry skills Knowledge of minor mechanic repairs and small engine maintenance · Experience and knowledge operating equipment; tractor, lawn mower, landscaping power tools, Salary & Benefits: · Housing provided, including all utilities-3 bd/2ba, 2 car garage, approx. 1800 sq ft.
