LeBlanc Realty is a family affair. Little did Ralph and Lois LeBlanc know in 1967 that 49 years later, their real estate business would continue to grow, thrive and boast a number of family members on their team.
After moving to Fertile, Minnesota in 1971, LeBlanc Realty set out to make a difference in helping local residents sell their homes, land, farms and businesses said Ralph LeBlanc. Ralph retired in 1996 due to health issues. Lois built the company from there with the help of daughter Sherry (Coauette) in Crookston.
Sherry took over the business in 2007 and now serves a diverse group of clients covering Northwestern Minnesota, from Fertile to Crookston, including the lakes region around Mentor and Erskine.
Both sellers and buyers have come to appreciate the attention to detail, responsiveness and enthusiasm from LeBlanc Realty team members, including Tracy Kuchan, Office Manager. Tracy is the granddaughter of Ralph and Lois.
Team members serve the Northwestern Minnesota region. LeBlanc Realty is a proud member of the Bemidji and Grand Forks (MLS) Multiple Listing Services.
