SERVICE COORDINATOR The HRA of Clay County seeks a Service Coordinator to assist the residents of Houge Estates, a 60-unit apartment building for individuals with disabling conditions and/or who are age 62 or older, located in Dilworth, MN. Position duties and responsibilities include housing stabilization, resident advocacy, referrals, educational activities, monitoring of services, and reporting. Ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabling conditions (including mental, chemical and physical health) and with elderly populations; excellent boundaries; excellent communication skills; ability to work well independently or with a team; knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed care practices; and experience working with diverse populations. Requires minimum of 5 years directly related experience, 4-yr degree with LSW (MSW preferred), valid driver's license, and ability to pass criminal background check. Starting salary of $22.91-$25.05 per hour with excellent benefits package including 100% employer paid single health, dental and long-term disability insurance, retirement, 12 paid holidays, and 21 days of starting PTO.
