RENTAL ASSISTANCE SPECIALISTS/INSPECTORS The HRA of Clay County seeks entry level employees for newly created positions to assist low-income households obtain and maintain housing & rental assistance. Ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail; thrive while working under pressure; have good math & communication skills; and the ability to work well with diverse populations. Prior related property management, social services, or benefits eligibility experience or education preferred but not required. Requires a high school diploma; ability to pass a criminal background check; and a valid driver's license. Starting wage $18.67 per hour with excellent benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, 100% employer-paid single health, dental, and life insurance.
