Grace Lutheran School was organized in 1908 under Pastor E. Zucker. School sessions were held in a wing of the church until 1916 when the school had to close because of the lack of children. in January 1948, Grace Congregation decided to re-open a school beginning with a single Kindergarten class. The following year Grade One was added, with an additional grade added each year.
