Director of Education Our client, Dakotas & Western MN JATC located in Fargo, ND, is seeking to hire a qualified Director of Education. The Director is responsible for the operations and management of IBEW/JATC/NECA training aspects related to the area's electrical industry to include but not limited to recruiting of apprentices, promoting and scheduling of continuing education, maintenance of financial statements, budgets, annual audits and building relationships within the industry. This position reports directly to the Board. Qualifications include trade experience as a journeyman electrician or electrical contractor with experience working with a local JATC. The ideal candidate will possess time management skills with the ability to lead in a positive manner. Being a hands-on team player while mentoring and teaching staff is essential to this position. Being open to change, not afraid to be challenged and flexibility are attributes to be successful in this role. Travel as needed within MN/ND/SD.
