We are seeking a Trust Administrative Assistant or Trust Paralegal to provide support in the area of trust and estate administration. Responsibilities would include direct communication with clients and beneficiaries, trust and probate administration, maintain real estate files, analyze and interpret trust and estate documents, monitor daily cash balances, process distribution requests, bill paying, process new and closed accounts. Preferred job skills: ability to work independently and efficiently, self-starter, quick learner, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, basic tax knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of five years trust administrative assistant or trust and estate paralegal experience.
