Tecton provides a cutting-edge Tool & Die environment! All tooling is designed and machined in house for use within our Operations! We are not a job shop - we provide the opportunity to work on a variety of tooling projects that are innovative and unique. Night shift schedule: 6:30pm to 6:45am Work schedule is 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thur) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). With this schedule you only work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three day weekend off! Starting wage is dependent on experience plus additional 20% night shift premium.
