CHSI's Moorhead clinic provides quality primary medical and dental care, as well as victim advocacy services, to patients and clients throughout the Fargo-Moorhead region. Therapy sessions are also provided via telehealth by our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Our Moorhead clinic is also home to CHSI's Central Office, where administrative staff perform central operations tasks, including billing, grantwriting, human resources, and marketing.
Community Health Service Inc. (CHSI) is a federally funded non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality comprehensive healthcare services to farmworkers in Minnesota and North Dakota. CHSI has seven clinic locations in the region.
