Kevin is the founder and president of Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Pifer’s Land Management. Kevin is a former North Dakota Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture with extensive experience in agriculture, finance and management. In the late 1990s Kevin worked as Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the US Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. He knows first-hand the business of agriculture and is qualified to assist you in developing a strategy to sell or buy land, negotiating lease agreements, and developing a long-term plan for your farm and ranch operation. Kevin has extensive experience in developing irrigation farming.
John Pierce has joined Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Pifer’s Land Management as a Business Development Associate. John will focus on equipment, land auctions and farmland management. John worked in the Office of Advancement at Concordia College from 1969-2020. During his tenure at Concordia College John was instrumental in raising over $100 million for the college. He was born and raised at Page, ND. He managed the family farm for six years before joining Concordia College. John has a proven track record of excellence and success and brings a wealth of experience to Pifer's.
