UFAYS 100% COMPLETE & BALANCED NUTRITION FOOD PROCESS ENGINEER Perham, MN This position will perform engineering duties in evaluating, planning, designing, implementing and improving automated control systems and processes for manufacturing, processing and packaging; oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of automated control systems; and apply principles of physics, mechanics and electric sensors to control systems and processes to increase production, quality control, profitability, employee safety and consumer/environmental protection. Requires Bachelor degree in Agricultural Mechanical Engineering A minimum of 2 years of experience and/or research in a combination of automated control systems in manufacturing processes Implementation of PLC control technology and PC interfacing with HMI control systems; PLC, power and control circuits and interaction in a control scheme; and specialized equipment such as: multi- meters, ultrasonic testers, dial indicators, infrared temperature indicators, vibration analysis equipment, airflow monitors, rpm/fpm indicators, and infrared cameras. Physical requirements are ability to climb to working heights of 150 Work in dusty/dirty environments Lift up to 100 pounds Stand or walk duration of shift Work above shoulder height.
