This role provides leadership and ensures progress on clinical excellence and care delivery improvement initiatives. Candidate will participate and collaborate with an inter-professional team of leaders, and will lead the development and implementation of a clinical nursing practice model, assuring that there is a common philosophy of nursing practice, consistency in the standards used to deliver and evaluate nursing care, and that all nurses adhere to common standards of competence across the Organization.
