CRARY AG CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PRODUCT SPECIALIST Crary Industries of West Fargo ND is now hiring for the position of Customer Service/Product Specialist for our Crary Agricultural products line. We are looking for a customer orientated service representative to act as a first contact, provide product support & resolve any emerg ing problems that our dealers or end users have with our products. This will be accomplished by providing technical training, warranty administration, telephone support, & service parts identification The preferred candidate must have a good functional understand- ing of machinery. Proven experience in customer service, proce- dures, & polices related to providing customer & warranty service. Our candidate will also have excellent communication, prioritization & computer skills. A farm background is a plus, but not required. This position may require some travel throughout the season.
