Individuals in this position perform the most advanced and skilled work in construction, maintenance, and operations of overhead and underground electrical transmissions and distribution systems. Minnesota State Journeyman Lineman license is preferred. Required qualifications are HS Diploma/GED; satisfactory completion of a certified line worker apprentice program (8000 hours) and (4) years experience working as a journey level lineman with rubber glove experience. First Aid, CPR, Pole Top and Bucket Rescue certifications are required. Class A CDL driver's license required or ability to obtain within 6 mos. of hire.
