Houston Engineering, Inc. (HEI) is a full service engineering and consulting firm that first opened its doors in 1968, in Fargo, ND. Since that time, we have expanded our capabilities, our staff, and the geographic area that we serve. HEI is now comprised of seven office locations throughout the Upper Midwest, with more than 150 team members.
We offer a full range that covers water resources, environmental issues, water supply, municipal, transportation, surveying, land and site development, urban and community planning, waste management, and GIS. As part of our growing business, HEI also provides web page development and information technology services.
