NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING A public input meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, November 6, from 5-7 pm at Trollwood Performing Arts School, 801 50th Avenue S in Moorhead, to discuss the construction of a proposed new pedestrian bridge over the Red River in south Moorhead & Fargo. The proposed project would connect 40th Avenue S in Fargo to 50th Avenue S in Moorhead. The meeting will be hosted by the cities of Moorhead and Fargo. The project consists of constructing a new bridge over the Red River with path segments connecting to the existing shared-use paths in both cities. The bridge and 10-foot path are scheduled to be constructed in 2027, funded with federal and local money. Representatives from both cities and Houston Engineering will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns in an open house format. Those unable to attend the meeting can send written comments postmarked or emailed by November 13 with "Public Input Meeting - SP 144-09-020" in the letter heading or email subject.
