Director of Education Our client, Dakotas & Western MN JATC located in Fargo, ND, seeks to hire a proven leader as its Director of Education This position is responsible for managing all IBEW/JATC/ NECA training aspects related to the area's electrical industry to include but not limited to recruiting of apprentices, promoting and scheduling of continuing education along with building relationships within the industry. This position reports directly to the Board. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor degree in a related field with four plus years proven educational and su- pervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess effec- tive time management and interpersonal skills, have the abil- ity to work on multiple projects in a team environment and is self motivated. Prior experience as an instructor and a strong understanding of apprentice and journeymen skills are es- sential to this position. Electrical background and experience are required.
