EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR Bethany Retirement Living has an excellent opportunity for a full time Employment Coordinator. This position is responsible for the recruitment, selection and orientation of new personnel. This position is also responsible for maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and performing other general Human Resources (HR) functions. Candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in employee recruitment/selection processes and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Microsoft Access experience preferred The candidate should possess the knowledge and skills equivalent to an Associate's degree in HR Management or Business and 4 years equivalent work experience in a technical human resources position or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or Business and 2 years equivalent work experience in a technical human resources position.
