Position will include supervision, policy/procedure review and over sight of the psycho- social needs of the residents in our skilled nursing facility. Must have the ability to work effectively with others, communicate verbally and in writing, and the ability to complete forms and medical records. Requires a bachelor's degree in social work, current LSW, and experience in medical social work or the equivalent combination of Social Services experience and education.
