DIRECTOR OF NURSING HOUSING & ASSISTED LIVING Bethany on University FT = 80 hours/2 weeks Exempt Position Plan, develop, direct, and supervise the caregiving services and caregiving employees for Bethany Assisted Living and Basic Care operations (Bethany Towers & Bethany Gables). Ensure services are of high quality and delivered in the most efficient manner within the overall goals of the department. Supervise the coordination and delivery of service and nursing services in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, procedure and professional standards. Participates in the interview, selection, and orientation of Housing & Assisted Living employees. Assigns and evaluates work of subordinates. Develops and maintains strong relationships with physicians, health care providers, and community agencies involved in the care of assisted living residents.
