UNIT MANAGER Bethany on University The Unit Manager provides effective, decentralized management of one of Bethany's skilled nursing units. This includes coordination of all aspects of quality life/quality care to ensure optimal care delivery (i.e. person centered care) that contributes to the overall well being of each resident. $5,000- BONUS This position requires current RN licensure with the North Dakota Board of Nursing. The incumbent must be a positive communicator with the ability to effectively problem solve with patients, family members and staff; be familiar with federal and state regulations relating to long term care; have excellent organizational and physical assessment skills with the ability to multitask. Both acute and long term care experience are preferred. Strong consideration will be given to those with previous supervisory experience.
