Approve monthly Financial Statements from the Finance Office for the months ended February 28, 2026 and December 31, 2025. 2. Authorize Sheriff to sign United States Postal Inspection Service Task Force Officer Memorandum of Understanding, Cost Reimbursement Agreement, and Vehicle Use Agreement. 3. Accept the findings and recommendation of the Cass County Planning Commission and staff and approve the final plat for Nesemier Subdivision as the proposal meets the goals and objectives of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan, Cass County Highway Access Plan, Floodplain Development Ordinance, Cass County Subdivision Ordinance, and all other applicable regulations. 4.
