Authorize request to close Cass Highway 28 for the Red River Valley Fair from July 4 to July 13, 2026. 2. Accept the findings and recommendations of the Cass County Planning Commission and staff and approve the final plat for Bisset Badlands Subdivision as the proposal meets the goals and objectives of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan, the Cass County Highway Access Plan, the Floodplain Development Ordinance, the Cass County Subdivision Ordinance, and all other applicable regulations. 3. Accept the findings and recommendations of the Cass County Planning Commission and staff and approve the final plat for Collins Barn Subdivision as the proposal meets the goals and objectives of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan, the Cass County Highway Access Plan, the Floodplain Development Ordinance, the Cass County Subdivision Ordinance, and all other applicable regulations. 4. Accept the findings and recommendations of the Cass County Planning Commission and staff and approve the final plat for Saewert Farms Subdivision as the proposal meets the goals and objectives of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan, the Cass County Highway Access Plan, the Floodplain Development Ordinance, the Cass County Subdivision Ordinance, and all other applicable regulations. 5. Retroactively authorize purchase of sprinkler repair work on the fourth floor of the Annex with Nova Fire Protection, Inc. in the amount of $8,075.00. 6. Authorize 6-year contract renewal with Vanguard Appraisals, Inc for Assessment Archive Module. 7. Approve the revised omitted assessments for 2024 and 2025. 8. Authorize contract documents with Redstone Construction, LLC for structure replacement and incidentals in Normanna Township over the Sheyenne River. 9. Grant site authorization permit to conduct games of chance under license issued by the North Dakota Attorney General's Office on January 30, 2027, for Cass County Wildlife Club at Bonanzaville USA in West Fargo. 10.
