Approve raffle permit for Fargo North Trap to be held on June 24, 2026, at the Cass County Wildlife Club in Casselton, North Dakota. 7. Approve heads/tails permit for Peace Academy to be held on June 10, 2026, at the Pines in Davenport, North Dakota. 8. Approve raffle permit for West Fargo Exchange Club to be held on May 1, 2026, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds, North Dakota. 9. Approve raffle permit for NDSU Clay Target Club to be held on May 2, 2026, at the Shooting Park in Horace, North Dakota. 10. Approve weed control work order for various county owned flood buyout properties, radio tower sites, and other county owned properties. 11. Approve the 2026 Brewer Lake camp host contract with Vicki Bender for a monthly contracted rate of $3,938.30; and approve weed control work order for Brewer Lake Campground. 12. Accept the findings and recommendation of the Cass County Planning Commission and staff and approve the final plat for Kingsley Subdivision as the proposal meets the goals and objectives of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan, Cass County Highway Access Plan, Floodplain Development Ordinance, Cass County Subdivision Ordinance, and all other applicable regulations. 13.
