Approve Omitted Assessment as submitted by the Finance Office for parcels 34-0000-03688-010, 43-0000-06415-010, 57-0000-10201-117, 60-0000-00275-000, 60-0000-00276-000 & 67-0000-12623.010. 4. Accept the findings and recommendation of the Cass County Planning Commission and staff and approve the final plat for Gohdes Subdivision as the proposal meets the goals and objectives of the Cass County Comprehensive Plan, Cass County Highway Access Plan, Floodplain Development Ordinance, Cass County Subdivision Ordinance, and all other applicable regulations. 5. Move to approve the enclosed list of election inspectors and approves the county auditor to fill any vacancies that may exist for the 2026 Primary and General Elections. 6. Grant site authorization permit to conduct games of chance under license issued by the North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for Casselton Golf Course, Inc. at Club 94 in Casselton, North Dakota. 7. Grant site authorization permits to conduct games of chance under license issued by the North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for Veterans, Incorporated at Bronco Bar in Chaffee, North Dakota. 8. Authorize purchase of paving work at the Jail from Northern Improvement Company in the amount of $76,450.00. 9. Authorize purchase of mower for Cass County Park, Brewer Lake from Buffalo River Sales in the amount of $7,035.00. 10. Authorize contract with Houston Engineering, Inc. for preliminary and final design of County Road 22 from Interstate 94 to County Road 81. 11.
